SUKO manufactures small-diameter solid PTFE mandrel rods by continuous paste extrusion. Unlike conventional large PTFE rod stock, these fine rods can be supplied in long coils as well as straight or cut-to-length sections.
The diameter, length, surface condition and packaging can be customized. Samples are available for dimensional and processing evaluation before batch production.

Applications
PTFE mandrel rods can be used as winding cores, braiding supports, temporary forming supports, electrical insulating elements, processing aids and small-diameter solid PTFE stock.

Yes. It is a solid PTFE profile. Products requiring an internal passage should be manufactured as PTFE tubing.
Can it be supplied in coils?
Yes. Suitable small-diameter products can be supplied in continuous coils. Straight lengths and cut sections are also available.
Can SUKO customize the diameter?
Yes. SUKO can develop the extrusion die and production process for the required diameter, tolerance and surface condition.
Is batch production available?
